I have sensitive skin and really abuse it with sports and lots of outdoor activities. I have purchased facials at various salons around town (many of them very expensive) and typically left the service with red, blotchy skin from products that were too harsh, techniques that weren't right for my skin, or an esthetician that was a little over zealous with the blemish tool. I thought for the longest time that was just what I should expect and to definitely not plan to be in public afterwards. Melissa changed all that! She recognized my skin's sensitivity and susceptibility to inflammation right away. The whole experience was gentle and relaxing, but the VERY best part was seeing my skin in the mirror afterwards. It looked great! The redness was gone, my skin tone was even, and my face felt hydrated and soft. Amazing! She also didn't pressure me to buy lots of expensive products and let me take the lead on whether or not I was interested in making a purchase. I really appreciated that! I can't recommend Melissa highly enough, she's wonderful!
